The Company announces that it agreed on 8 January 2026 to allot 250,000 ordinary shares at a price of 245p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility.

These shares will be issued for cash on 12 January 2026, bringing the issued share capital and total voting rights at that date to 192,824,679.
