Vital Internalisation Completed

Further to the announcement on 22 December 2025, Vital Healthcare Properties Management Limited, as manager of Vital Healthcare Property Trust (Vital), is pleased to announce that the internalisation of the management of Vital has been completed.

From today, Vital Healthcare Properties Management Limited, an entity that is wholly-owned for the benefit of Vital, has been appointed as manager. This represents the next key step in Vital’s evolution, enhancing governance and providing a scalable platform positioned to capture the full benefit of future growth on behalf of Unit Holders.

Amendments to Vital’s Trust Deed made in connection with the internalisation have become effective today. A copy of the updated Trust Deed accompanies this announcement and is also available on Vital’s website and will be available on the Disclose Register.
