Metro confirms internal share transfer

Metro has been advised that Amari Metals Australia Pty Ltd (“Amari”) has transferred its 501,655,800 shares in Metro Performance Glass Limited (“MPG”) to a newly formed company Metro Glass Investment (MGI) Pty Ltd (“MGI”). Metro has also been advised that both Amari and MGI are members of the same wholly-owned group and are wholly owned by the same group parent company.
