Fonterra appoints Director to FSF Management Company Board

Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited has today announced that it has appointed one of its directors, Michelle Pye, to the Board of FSF Management Company Limited, the manager of the Fonterra Shareholders’ Fund with effect from the close of the Fonterra Shareholders’ Fund Annual Meeting on 15 December 2025.

Michelle replaces Andy Macfarlane, who will be retiring from the FSF Management Company Limited Board on 15 December 2025, following the announcement of his retirement as a director of Fonterra.

Michelle was elected to the Fonterra Board on 11 December 2025. Michelle is a seasoned agribusiness leader and governance professional, including co-owning and operating Pye Group in Canterbury for more than 20 years.

Michelle has extensive governance experience, currently serving as a Timaru District Councillor, Chair of the Potato Seed Co-operative Ltd and Director of Potatoes NZ, as well as previously being a member of the Fonterra Co-operative Council and an inaugural member of Fonterra’s Sustainability Advisory Panel.
