Booster Investment Management Limited, in its capacity as manager of the Private Land and Property Fund (‘Fund’), has registered an Additional Other Material Information document (‘OMI’) on the Disclose Register. The additional OMI is attached.

This additional OMI document has been prepared to notify that, from 1 December 2025, Allan Yeo stepped down from Booster’s Board of Directors, and Diana Papadopoulos has been appointed to the position of director, replacing her previous role as alternate director to Allan Yeo.
