Subject: Restaurant Brands New Zealand Limited (“RBD”) – Suspension of Trading and Delisting

Message:

Further to the announcement made by Restaurant Brands New Zealand Limited (“RBD”) on Wednesday, 26 November 2025, NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that RBD will be delisting from the NZX Main Board.

The final day of trading in RBD will be Wednesday, 3 December 2025, with RBD ordinary shares being halted and suspended at close of business that day. Subject to meeting final standard delisting conditions, RBD ordinary shares will cease to be quoted and RBD will delist from close of business on Friday, 5 December 2025.
