FWL Notice of 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders

Foley Wines Limited (FWL) have today provided a copy of the Notice of Meeting for the 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, which is to be held on Tuesday 18 November 2025 at The Runholder, Te Kairanga, 89 Martins Road, Martinborough, commencing at 10.30 am. The documents to be sent to Shareholders today will include a personalised Voting/Proxy Form.

Results of the voting will be posted on the NZX website and the Company’s website following the conclusion of the Annual Meeting and finalisation of the voting results.
