Further to the announcement made by Nufarm Finance (NZ) Limited (“NFF”) yesterday, NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that the interest rate payable on NFF Perpetual Notes (“NFFHA”) has been reset to 7.6322% per annum, with effect from yesterday, Wednesday, 15 October 2025.

The interest rate reset is reflected in our trading system from market open today, Thursday, 16 October 2025.
