Director Resignation

The Board of Christchurch City Holdings Limited (CCHL) announces the resignation of Council Director Sam MacDonald effective today.

Sam has served on the CCHL Board since February 2023 and now as a third term Councillor, believes the time is right to step aside to allow another Councillor to consider the opportunity.

CCHL Chair Bryan Pearson wishes to thank Sam for his valuable contribution and service to CCHL and for providing governance stability during the Board reset in 2024.

CCHL looks forward to Christchurch City Council appointing a replacement Councillor Director in due course.
