Heartland 2025 final dividend: Updated ASX Appendix 3A

Please find attached the updated ASX Appendix 3A.1 in relation to the Heartland Group Holdings Limited (Heartland) (NZX/ASX: HGH) 2025 final dividend.

It has been updated to include the strike price for the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP), being NZD0.92856675 per share, and the foreign exchange (FX) rate to be used for payment of the cash dividend in Australian dollars (where applicable), being 0.90060.
