Auckland, New Zealand, 5 September 2025 – Fisher & Paykel Healthcare Corporation Limited today announces that 412,417 Options and 130,857 Performance Share Rights to acquire ordinary shares in the Company issued on 4 September 2020 under the Company’s discretionary long term variable remuneration plans have lapsed due to the conditions for vesting having not been met.
