Acceptance of Share Options Offer by Key Staff Members

Vital Limited (NZX: VTL) advises that the key staff members of the Company who hold Share Options for ordinary shares in Vital Limited, issued under the Company’s ESOP programme, have now formally accepted the takeover offer from Tait International Limited.
