Salt Investment Funds Limited director changes

With the sale of Salt Funds Management Limited to Alvarium (NZ) Wealth Management Holdings Limited, we are announcing changes in the board composition of Salt Investment Funds Limited, the manager of Carbon Fund.

The new directors of Salt Investment Funds Limited will be:

• Brett Robin Gamble

• Shane David Edmond

• John Charles Berry

• Rukumoana Schaafhausen

• Raewyn Yuen Mei Fong

Paul Harrison and Kate Armstrong will resign as directors.

Paul is a co-founder and has been a managing director at Salt since 2013. Kate has been an independent non-executive director at Salt since February 2025. She has also been the chair of Salt’s compliance committees.

Fellow co-founder of Salt Funds Management, Matthew Goodson, will remain as a director of Salt Investment Funds Limited.

These changes will take effect early in September 2025.
