SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited today announces its results for the year ended 30 June 2025 and capital initiatives to provide balance sheet resilience. These initiatives include a NZ$240 million Equity Raise, comprising a fully underwritten approximately NZ$81m institutional placement and a fully underwritten 1 for 3.35 pro rata accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer to raise approximately NZ$159m
