APPOINTMENT OF INTERIM CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Following the resignation of Jonathan Wilde as Chief Financial Officer, Metlifecare Limited (NZX: MET) wishes to announce the appointment of Aaron Snodgrass as Interim Chief Financial Officer with effect from 1 September 2025, while the search for a permanent Chief Financial Officer continues.
