ANZ NZ Leadership team changes

On 26 June 2025, ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited (ANZ NZ) announced that Mr. Michael Bullock, ANZ NZ Chief Information Officer, will be appointed as the Acting ANZ Group Executive Technology from 5 August 2025 and that an Acting Chief Information Officer would be appointed in due course.

ANZ NZ confirms that Mr. Rob Cochrane, currently General Manager Technology Operations, will be appointed as the Acting Chief Information Officer effective from 22 September 2025.

Mr. Cochrane’s appointment is subject to a non-objection from the Reserve Bank of New Zealand.
