Results of Annual Shareholders’ Meeting held 8 August 2025

At Kingfish Limited’s shareholder meeting, held in Auckland today (8 August 2025), and online, shareholders were asked to vote on two resolutions, which were supported by the Board.

The resolutions passed by shareholders were:

• To re-elect Fiona Oliver as a director of the company.

• To authorise the board of directors to fix the remuneration of the auditor for the ensuing year.

Details of the total number of votes cast in person, online or by a proxy holder are:

For: 35,902,056 98.14%

Against: 680,760 1.86%

Abstain: 218,962

To authorise the board of directors to fix the remuneration of the auditor for the ensuing year.

For: 36,201,859 99.34%

Against: 240,095 0.66%

Abstain: 264,076
