Takeover Update: Tait Will Not Increase Offer

Vital Limited (Vital) advises that it has received the attached media statement from Tait International Limited (Tait), in which Tait advises:

“Tait will not increase its offer under any circumstances.”

Vital recommends that shareholders carefully consider Tait’s statement in the context of their own investment objectives and consult their financial adviser if they are uncertain about what action to take. Shareholders should also read Vital’s target company statement, including the independent adviser’s report prepared by Grant Samuel, carefully before making a decision in respect of Tait’s offer.
