Annual Shareholders' Meeting - Results

Blackpearl Group (NZX: BPG) held its 2025 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting at 10:00 am (NZT) on Thursday, 10 July 2025, during which

shareholders considered and voted on four resolutions.

As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by way of a poll.

All resolutions were passed by shareholders. Please refer to the attached announcement for full voting results.
