ANZ NZ Leadership team changes

ANZ Group today announced that Mr Gerard Florian will retire as ANZ Group Executive Technology on 4 August 2025.

ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited (ANZ NZ) Chief Information Officer Michael Bullock has been appointed as Acting ANZ Group Executive Technology while a permanent replacement for Mr Florian is found.

ANZ NZ will appoint an Acting Chief Information Officer in due course. The appointment will be subject to a non-objection from the Reserve Bank of New Zealand.
