Please find attached an ongoing disclosure notice for the sale of ordinary shares in Vista Group International Limited (NZX & ASX:VGL) by the trustees of the Holdaway and Geary Trust, a family trust of founder and Non-Executive Director, Murray Holdaway. The ordinary shares sold represent less than 7.4% of the total shares in Vista Group held by the Holdaway and Geary Trust, and were sold for the purpose of repaying amounts paid by the trustees of that trust in support of Vista Group’s 2020 equity capital raise and with a view to increasing liquidity in Vista Group’s ordinary shares.
