Craig Lindberg appointed to NZ Markets Disciplinary Tribunal

3 April 2025 - NZ RegCo is pleased to announce the appointment of Craig Lindberg to the NZ Markets Disciplinary Tribunal.

NZ RegCo’s Chief Executive, Joost van Amelsfort, welcomed Mr Lindberg’s appointment noting his extensive equities market experience, including sales/trading and equity transaction advisory roles. Mr Lindberg is Head of Institutional Sales at Craigs Investment Partners. His previous experience includes involvement in a number of high-profile equities transactions, including the IPOs of Meridian, Fonterra Shareholders’ Fund, Tegel, Orion, Oceania and Summerset.

About the NZ Markets Disciplinary Tribunal

The NZMDT is a disciplinary body which is independent of NZX and its subsidiaries. The Financial Markets Authority confirms the appointment of its members. Under the NZMDT Rules, the NZMDT considers referrals made to it by NZ RegCo in relation to the conduct of parties regulated by the market rules and determines penalties in respect of breaches of those rules.
