BIF – Updated Offer Documents

Booster Investment Management Limited, in its capacity as manager of the Booster Innovation Fund (‘Fund’), has registered a supplementary document dated 1 April 2025 to be read together with the Product Disclosure Statement (‘PDS’) dated 11 December 2024, and the Other Material Information document (‘OMI’) dated 1 April 2025. The supplementary document and OMI are attached.

A statement recorded in the OMI under the ‘Investing in the Fund section’ is being updated to include that the custodian for most investors is Asset Custodian Nominees Limited (ACNL), while for some investors the custodian may be different.
