Subject: Wellington International Airport Limited (“WIA060”) bonds – Interest Rate Reset

Message:

Further to the announcement made by Wellington International Airport Limited (“WIA”) today, NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that the interest rate payable on Wellington International Airport Limited bonds (“WIA060”) has been reset to 5.63% per annum, with effect from today, 1 April 2025.

The interest rate reset will be reflected in our trading system from market open Wednesday, 2 April 2025.
