WIA060 – Interest Rate Reset for Bonds

This information is in relation to Wellington International Airport Limited’s NZ$100,000,000 unsecured, unsubordinated, resetting fixed rate bonds, listed under ticker WIA060. These bonds have a 11-year term, maturing on 1 April 2030.

Wellington International Airport advises that the interest rate for the bonds for the second period, being a five-year period (1 April 2025 to 1 April 2030) is 5.63% per annum. This has been calculated based on the five-year swap rate on 1 April 2025, plus a margin of 1.95% per annum.
