Appointment of new Director

We are pleased to announce that Christchurch City Council has appointed Sina Cotter-Tait to the Board of Christchurch City Holdings Limited (CCHL) as an Independent Director, effective 27 March 2025.

Sina is the founder and director of boutique engineering consultancy Collective Success and holds governance roles within the infrastructure industry including directorships at Whitestone Contracting; Te Waihanga (The Infrastructure Commission); Ōtautahi Community Housing Trust and Kiwirail Holdings Limited.

Sina is a passionate Cantabrian and has a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) (Civil), MBA (Dist) and PhD from the University of Canterbury and, sponsors the Cotter Tait Scholarship for Māori and Pacific/Pasifika Engineering students which has been in place since 2021.

As a graduate of the 2016-2018 cohort of the CCHL Associate Director Programme (placement with EcoCentral), the Board welcomes Sina back to the CCHL Group as an experienced governor with an extensive commitment to the infrastructure industry, sustainability, and diversity, equity and inclusion.
