AUD FX rate for HY25 interim dividend

The foreign exchange rate used for Chorus’ HY25 unimputed interim dividend payable to Australian investors has been set at (NZD/AUD) 0.9143.

The unimputed interim dividend of NZ$0.23 cents per share will be paid on 15 April 2025. Withholding tax will be deducted, reported, and paid to the New Zealand Inland Revenue Department at the rate applicable to the shareholder. No supplementary dividend will be paid to shareholders who are not resident in New Zealand.
