Annual Shareholders Meeting Results

At the Skellerup Holdings Limited Annual Shareholder Meeting, held in Auckland and online today, shareholders were asked to vote on three resolutions, which the Board supported.

As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.

The resolutions passed by shareholders were:

• Re-election of David Cushing as a Director of the Company.

• Re-election of Paul Shearer as a Director of the Company.

• Authorisation of Directors to fix the fees and expenses of the auditors for FY27.
