The Annual Meeting will be held at the Registered Office of the Company, 7 Grayson Avenue, Papatoetoe, Auckland, and virtually via Computershare's online meeting platform at https://meetnow.global/nz, on Thursday, 19 November 2026 commencing at 1.00 pm.
