Attached is a Capital Change Notice regarding the issue of performance rights under ATM's employee share plan, together with an annexure to the notice (and a copy of the equivalent ASX form). This does not include the issue of performance rights to the Managing Director and CEO, which will be considered following ATM's annual meeting to be held on 19 November 2026, at which a resolution to approve such performance rights will be considered.
