Annual Shareholders Meeting Results & Presentation

The PGG Wrightson Limited Annual Shareholders Meeting was held in Christchurch earlier today, 13 October 2026.

Shareholders voted to:

- elect independent chair, John Nichol;

- elect non-independent director, Mark Allison; and

- to authorise the Board of Directors to fix the auditor's remuneration.
