Completion Of Partial Takeover Offer

Mangawhai Collective Limited (“Mangawhai”) has advised Bremworth Limited (“Bremworth”) (NZX: BRW) that the partial takeover offer is now complete.

Mangawhai has today paid shareholders for shares taken up under the partial takeover at the offer price of $0.90 per share.

As such, Mangawhai now holds 55% of the shares in Bremworth.
