ANZ Group Holdings Limited to commence external audit tender process

The Board of ANZ Group Holdings Limited today announced it will commence a competitive tender process to select the next provider of ANZ Group external audit services, with a new external audit services firm expected to commence in Financial Year 2029.

This decision is in relation to ANZ Group Holdings Limited. No decision has been made by ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited.
