WASTECO SHARE PURCHASE PLAN CLOSES

WasteCo Group Limited (WasteCo) advises that its share purchase plan announced on 11 September 2026 (SPP) has closed.

WasteCo is pleased to announce that the SPP received valid applications totaling $364,475.99. The new shares issued under the SPP were allotted yesterday, 30 September 2026.

We are pleased with the level of applications received from eligible shareholders and would like to thank our shareholders for their continued support.
