Appointment of alternate director

Bremworth Limited (Bremworth) (NZX: BRW) is pleased to announce the appointment of Henry Ferrier as an alternate director to David Ferrier, the sole director and shareholder of Mangawhai Collective Limited, a substantial Bremworth shareholder, which is currently in the process of making a partial takeover offer for Bremworth.

Henry Ferrier’s appointment is effective 1 October 2026.

In accordance with the NZX listing rules, the Board has determined that Henry Ferrier is not independent by virtue of his connection with David Ferrier.

Henry holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Otago, majoring in Accounting and minoring in Finance.

He is a director and shareholder of a number of private companies across businesses ranging from industrial packaging and wool through to technology, property and retail. Henry’s areas of focus include strategy, investment and business development.

The Board considers that Henry Ferrier’s appointment as alternate will support continuity of representation, timely Board decision-making and effective participation in Board matters during any periods when David Ferrier is unavailable.
