BIF - appointment of new director

Booster Investment Management Limited is pleased to announce that Nichola Hiatt has been appointed as a new independent, non-executive Director of Booster Investment Management Limited, the manager of the Booster Innovation Fund. Nichola’s appointment is effective 30 September 2026.

Nichola has a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts from Otago University, and holds a current practicing certificate with the New Zealand Law Society. Nichola is a Senior Legal Adviser at national firm Chapman Tripp and was formerly General Counsel at FirstCape. Nichola has strong transactional and advisory experience in financial services and has held various governance roles over the past 10 years, including the funds management industry. Nichola is a member of the Institute of Directors.

Nichola’s strong legal, regulatory and governance background gained from her senior roles in the New Zealand broking and funds management industry will be a valuable addition to the Booster Investment Management Limited board.
