On Monday, 31 August 2026, NZ RegCo exercised its discretion to suspend the quotation of ordinary shares of Winton Land Limited (“WIN”).

WIN has today announced the appointment of a new independent, non-executive chair, and the composition of its Audit and Financial Risk Committee.

Following this announcement, WIN meets the NZX Listing Rules governance requirements relating to board and audit committee composition. Trading in WIN ordinary shares will resume at market open today.
