2026 Annual Meeting Director Nominations

South Port New Zealand Limited (South Port) intends to hold its next Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Wednesday, 28 October 2026 in Bluff commencing at 11:00 am.

The venue will be South Port’s Board Room, Island Harbour, Bluff.

For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, South Port advises that the closing date for Director nominations is 31 August 2026. All nominations must be received by 4:00 pm on the closing date.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting and should be sent to the following address:
