This notice is given under NZX Listing Rule 3.13.1 and relates to the acquisition of Stapled Shares in Goodman New Zealand Limited and Goodman Property Services (NZ) Limited (together, GNZ) under the on-market share buy-back programme as announced by GNZ to the market on 27 July 2026. The identity of the seller or sellers (and the beneficial owner or owners) of the Stapled Shares in GNZ in respect of the on-market acquisition is not known to GNZ.
