Senior Manager Changes

ASB Bank Limited (ASB) has today announced changes to its Executive Leadership Team, with the addition of a new role to lead ASB’s modernisation agenda.

Ms Debbie Mills (currently leading ASB’s core banking transformation) has been appointed Executive General Manager, Modernisation subject to Reserve Bank of New Zealand non-objection. In this role, Ms Mills will bring together ASB’s transformation initiatives to build a simple, modern bank with improved customer experiences.

Mr David Bullock will continue in his role as Executive General Manager Technology, Data and AI, responsible for technology, architecture, engineering, platforms, cybersecurity, data and AI capabilities.

This model is designed to help ASB accelerate technology delivery, strengthen accountability and continue delivering safe, resilient and reliable technology for customers.
