Results of 2026 Annual Shareholders' Meeting

At AFT Pharmaceuticals Limited’s (NZX: AFT / ASX: AFP) 2026 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting held in Auckland, New Zealand today, shareholders were asked to vote on two resolutions, which were supported by the Board.

As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.

The resolutions passed by shareholders were:

1. That Marree Atkinson be re-elected as director of the company.

2. That the directors be authorised to fix the fees and expenses of the auditor for the ensuing year.
