ANNUAL RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT - YEAR ENDING 30 JUNE 2026
PGG Wrightson Limited1 (NZX: PGW) advises that its annual results for the year ending 30 June 2026 will be released to the NZX at approximately 8:30am on Tuesday, 11 August 2026. This will be followed by the results presentation at 10:00am.
Participants can join the results presentation either online via the webcast or by audio call.

1. Once registered, you will receive an email confirming your registration, containing a link to the presentation and an option to add the event to your calendar.
2. You will also receive a reminder 24 hours prior to the presentation. You will be able to submit questions on the call via typed messages submitted into the online webcast.

REGISTER FOR THE AUDIO CALL
1. Once registered, you will be provided with the dial-in number, the Passcode, and your unique access PIN. This information will also be emailed to you as a calendar invite.
2. To join the audio call, dial the number in the calendar invite and enter the passcode followed by your PIN.
3. Audio callers will be able to verbally put questions to the presenters during the Q&A.
