Results of 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Mainfreight Limited

At Mainfreight’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders, held in Auckland on Thursday, 30 July 2026, shareholders were asked to vote on one resolution, which was supported by the Board.

As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.
