The Board of Bremworth Limited (NZX Code: BRW) recently announced that it was ceasing discussions with Floorscape Limited regarding the potential extension to the proposed scheme of arrangement, while also stating that it would continue to execute on its previously stated initiatives aimed at achieving profitable growth and positive cashflows.

As part of that process, the Board has been considering the leadership required to guide the Company through its next chapter and is delighted to advise that Craig Woolford has agreed to remain with Bremworth as Chief Executive Officer on a permanent basis.

Since stepping into the role in April 2025, Craig has provided steady leadership during what has been a period of significant challenge and uncertainty. He has worked tirelessly and closely with our people, customers, suppliers and shareholders, while maintaining a clear focus on the operational performance and strategic direction of the business.

The Board is confident that Craig is the right person to lead Bremworth as we move forward and pursue the opportunities ahead.
