Notice of Annual Meeting and Investor Session

Radius Residential Care Limited (NZX: RAD) (Radius Care) provides a copy of its 2026 Notice of Annual Shareholders' Meeting which will be held on Thursday 6 August 2026 at 10:30am NZST at the offices of MUFG Pension & Market Services in Auckland (Level 30, PwC Tower, 15 Customs Street West, Auckland) and online through the MUFG Pension & Market Services meeting platform at www.virtualmeeting.co.nz/rad26.
Radius Care’s 2026 Annual Meeting will be conducted as a formal meeting of shareholders for the purposes of considering the resolutions set out in the Notice of Meeting and to consider any other matter that may be properly brought before the Annual Meeting.
Immediately following the conclusion of the Annual Meeting, Radius Care will host an investor session. Morning tea will be available prior to the session. After this, members of the senior leadership team will provide shareholders and guests with broader commentary and updates on Radius Care; including growth initiatives, new business opportunities, and Radius Care’s future strategy and direction. Attendance at the investor session is open to all interested parties and is not limited to shareholders.
The attached Notice of Meeting and Proxy Form are being sent to shareholders. A copy of these documents will also be available in the Investor Centre of Radius Care’s website, under the Presentations and Shareholder Information heading.
