SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT UPDATE – FURTHER STATEMENT OF INTENTION

Further to the announcement released earlier this morning, Bremworth Limited ("Bremworth") (NZX Code: BRW) advises that it has received communications from Terry Harrison, as trustee for the TR Harrison Securities Trust, purporting to represent holdings of approximately 2.4% of the shares in Bremworth, indicating that those shareholders intend to vote against the proposed scheme of arrangement with Floorscape.

The Board is considering next steps and will update shareholders in due course.
