Revised Annual Meeting Date

Green Cross Health Limited (NZX: GXH) previously advised that the Annual Meeting would be held on 31 July 2026. A meeting of shareholders is also required to be convened to consider the resolution to approve the sale of Green Cross Health’s Medical division to Tend Health. Rather than holding two meetings in short succession, the Directors have decided to combine the two meetings.

As a consequence, the Annual Meeting for GXH will now be held earlier in July. Further details, including the venue, time and date for the meeting, will be provided in a Notice of Meeting that will be made available to shareholders later this week.
