Update on Final Dividend

The Board of AFIC had previously announced, on 25 November 2025, its intention to determine a special dividend of 2.5 cents per share, fully franked, alongside the final dividend. Both the special and final dividends are expected to be determined with the financial year result, which will be announced on 27 July 2026.

It is the current intention of the Board to determine a final dividend for the year ended 30 June 2026 of 14.5 cents per share, fully franked, in addition to the special dividend of 2.5 cents per share, fully franked, subject to market conditions and no adverse shocks.

Subject to market conditions, the Company will also continue with the on-market buy-back of the Company’s shares.
