Quayside announces new Director

The Board of Quayside Holdings Limited and subsidiary boards wish to announce that Danielle Auld has been appointed through the Bay of Plenty Regional Council appointments process, as an independent director to the Board of Quayside Holdings Limited and to the boards of its subsidiaries, Quayside Properties Limited and Quayside Securities Limited, effective from 1 July 2026.

Danielle’s appointment as an independent director will support a smooth transition in anticipation of Director Keiran Horne ceasing to be an independent director of Quayside Holdings Limited (and its subsidiaries, Quayside Properties Limited and Quayside Securities Limited) at the end of her current term on 31 October 2026.

The Board of Quayside Holdings warmly welcomes Danielle, acknowledging her extensive experience in banking, finance and wealth management, as invaluable skills to complement the work Quayside undertakes as an intergenerational investor for the Bay of Plenty community.
