Radius Residential Care Limited (NZX: RAD) (Radius Care) advises that its Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held at 10:30am NZST on Thursday 6 August 2026 at MUFG Pension & Market Services, Level 30, PwC Tower, 15 Customs St West, Auckland. Further details will be advised in the Notice of Meeting, which will be distributed in due course.

The period for nomination of persons as directors of Radius Care opens today and closes at 5:00pm NZST on 22 June 2026.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting and must be accompanied by the written consent of the person nominated. A brief CV of the nominee should be included.
